We worked with Melanie and Lance on their condo years ago, and were thrilled to help them turn their new tri-level home in South Pasadena, California into their dream home. They have 4 children, so extra space was a must. We added square footage to 4 different areas to allow for a bigger master suite, bigger kitchen, added a dining room, 2 additional bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a powder room. We were able to help them with everything from architectural design, construction, doors, windows, appliances, tile, fixtures, colors, etc.
